How Our Concierge Service Works
1. Schedule — Call (914) 630-1668 or submit a request online. Tell us what you need — collision repair, PPF, customization, or anything else — and we’ll provide a detailed estimate.
2. Pickup — On your scheduled date, our fully enclosed transporter arrives at your home, office, dealership, or any location you choose. Your vehicle is loaded with care and protected from the elements during transport.
3. Service — Your vehicle receives expert attention at our state-of-the-art facility. Your dedicated service advisor keeps you informed with photo updates and progress reports throughout the process.
4. Delivery — When complete, we return your vehicle to your door — hand-washed, detailed, and ready to enjoy. We walk you through the completed work and answer any questions.
Complimentary Enclosed Transport
Every vehicle we pick up travels in our custom-designed enclosed transporter — the same type used by dealerships and auction houses to move the world’s most valuable cars. Your vehicle is never driven on public roads to our shop, never exposed to road debris, weather, or other drivers. This is standard for every pickup and delivery — not an upgrade.
